Andrew Cobban BDS MFDS RCS(Ed) Dip Rest Dent RCS (Eng)

Andrew is originally from Inverness and qualified from Glasgow Dental School in 2003.  He Studied in Edinburgh for two years before gaining his Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons in 2005. Being committed to developing his skills, he completed a two-year Diploma in Restorative Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2010. He took over as the principal dentist at the practice from Malcolm Jones in 2013 and enjoys all aspects of clinical Dentistry.

He is extremely enthusiastic about dental education and has been a Vocational Trainer for five years, regularly giving lectures and participating in study day sessions for new graduates. In summer 2018 he was invited to Germany by one of the major Dental Companies for a course on their latest innovations and is able to apply the latest techniques in clinical practice.

In what little spare time he has, he enjoys swimming, racket sports and spending time with his wife and  children.

 Andrew Tracey  BDS BSc (Hons)

Andrew is our new VT qualifying in June2023 at Glasgow University, Previously He graduated from Strathclyde University where he studied Immunology and Pharmacology.

Originally from Glasgow, he and his partner who is also a dentist have come to the Highands for a new experience.

Outide of work Andrew enjoys watching sports, hill walking and attending the gym.

Becky Coulter BDS(Hons) MFDS RCPS (GLA)

Graduated from Glasgow University in 2015 and continued studying whilst working in Glasgow and at Crosshouse Hospital.Moved to 2017 to New Zealand and joined a private practice returning in 2019 marry her husband Matt and settle here in the highlands. Still studying a post graduate course in endodontics.

Becky lives with her husband and her daughter and enjoys the outdoors and her love of outdoor swimming! exploring the beautiful lochs and beaches in the area.

Stuart Robb BDS

Stuart is helping us out at the moment covering NHS list until we can get a replacement. From Inverness Stuart is a well known dentist having owned his own practice in Inverness before becoming a locum and is now able to  enjoy more of his hobbies  and he is also a Dental Practice Adviser with NHS Highland.

Hygienists

Amanda Gordon Dip DH

Amanda is originally from Buckinghamshire, joined the RAF in 1987 trained as a dental nurse then progressed to hygienist qualifying in 1993. After a life in the RAF Amanda came to Nairn and fell in love with the place and joined the practice in 1997. A few years later she welcomed her son into the world and has juggled motherhood and work ever since.

In her spare time Amanda enjoys holidays in hot places and spending time with loved ones.

Kirsteen MacLeod Dip DH

After training as a dental nurse Kirsteen trained at Dundee as a hygienist in 1997 and has worked in various practices in the Highlands and works between two practices at the moment.

In her spare time Kirsteen cares for her horses,competes with them, enjoys cycling, jogging, baking reading and cooking for family and friends.

Tina is our Lead Receptionist and has been at the practice so long it would give her age away, now no longer in surgery she has hung up her scrubs and can be seen on reception.

Lots of changes with Ashlee since she joined the team, got married now has two children to run after as well as completing  her 1st year Dental Therapist Course 

Carol Robertson QDN

Carol works Part Time and is our calming influence on our VT dentists.

Outwith work you will find Carol out with her dog or sometimes Carol escapes with her husband in their motorhome around the countryside

Kira MacLean QDN

Kira works full time and when not working loves to Jet off to friends and family in the UK and loves to travel to sunnier locations

Olivia Millar
Dental Nurse

Ollivia is our current trainee and works full time - has passed her Dental Nursing Course and is just waiting to get her registration finalised.

You will often see Olivia competing in local runs and loves a keep fit class and has entered the London marathon for 2024!
